LITERARY EVENTS | TORONTO URBAN BOOK EXPO

Inspired by the community support on display at Black book fairs across major American cities, Kya Publishing co-founded the Toronto Urban Book Expo in 2014 to nurture a similar spirit in Canada, celebrating Black writers, music, specific cities, culture, and inclusivity. What began as a Toronto-based book fair has evolved into a platform that supports independent authors through literary and professional development opportunities including workshops, panel discussions, networking events, and virtual international connections. All artists and supporters are welcome to join and participate.
